I'm a UX Engineer who crossed over from a decade in high-end hospitality, events, and operations — and brought everything that matters with me: reading people quickly, solving problems under pressure, and designing experiences that work for the human in front of you, not just the spec.
I design and build end-to-end: user research, wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, and production code in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — including AI-integrated features and usability-tested case studies.
I want to work on products where the answer to "does this make someone's life better?" is always yes — and I want to belong to the team that makes sure it does.

Built and deployed full-stack, production-ready web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Ruby on Rails, and SQL. Integrated AI features via OpenAI APIs, real-time functionality with WebSockets, and search with Algolia. Used Git and GitHub throughout.
Google UX Design

AI-Powered CV Coaching Tool
An AI-powered CV coach that helps job seekers articulate achievements, optimise for ATS screening, and generate polished, role-targeted CVs through a guided chat experience. Built as a group project during bootcamp, then extended solo through a full UX design process — including 8 user interviews, 5 usability studies, and two rounds of iterative design.

- Led the bar team service & operations in collaboration with the kitchen to align bar offerings with the restaurant's Japanese-European menu strategy and sustainability ethos — finding the common ground between two teams with very different workflows and competing priorities.
- Developed SOPs across health & safety, purchasing, and stock management from scratch — reducing waste and bringing consistency for new hires & day-to-day service.
Broadwick Soho
- Joined as one of two bartenders on the core opening team for a five-star Soho hotel launch — building Flute Bar operations from the ground up, developing the cocktail and spirits menu, writing staff training manuals, and establishing the stock systems and procedures.
- Flute Bar has since been nominated Hotel Bar of the Year by Hotel Magazine, among other industry awards.
Do & Co International Catering Ltd.
- Trusted with sensitive, confidential documentation from early in my career — managing payroll, social security, and employment contracts for up to 400 staff members across the global Formula 1 calendar, working independently at events and remotely between them.
- Led recruitment and staff allocation across Formula 1, UEFA Champions League, ATP Madrid, and EURO 2020 — building and managing a team of around 20, running training days for new hires, and maintaining the employee database across a fast-moving international schedule.
